Tartan Express Food Truck Reopens with a New Menu

Carnegie Mellon's food truck, the Tartan Express, kicks off the semester with Asian fusion bowls! The menu will feature made-to-order bowls, topped with your choice of grilled chicken, shrimp, lamb, tofu, or fresh veggies, as well as a sauce at your preferred spice level.
