OIE Launches Several New E-Forms for Current Students and Alumni
The Office of International Education (OIE) is pleased to announce the launch of several new e-Forms in the MyOIE Portal for both current students and alumni:
Current students will now be able to submit the following new e-Forms in the MyOIE Portal:
- Reduced Course Load
- Students will need to upload the completed the Advisor's Recommendation for Reduced Course Load Authorization as part of their e-Form submission
- Transfer Out
Students on post-completion OPT (12-month) can now submit the following e-Forms in the MyOIE Portal:
- Change of Status from F-1 (OPT/STEM OPT)
- Change Email Address for SEVP Portal
- Transfer Out
Students on STEM extension (24-month) can now submit the following e-Forms in the MyOIE Portal:
- Change of Status from F-1 (OPT/STEM OPT)
- Change Email Address for SEVP Portal
- Transfer Out
- STEM OPT Report
In the coming year, we look forward to the roll-out of additional electronic forms which will continue to replace our paper forms. More information on how to use the MyOIE portal can be found on our MyOIE e-Form Instructions page for graduated students on post-completion OPT.
