MCS First-Year Course Schedule Planning Form - SPRING

To be cleared to register for courses for the semester you must have your schedule preapproved by your advisor. You can either complete the form below for electronic approval or schedule an in-person meeting prior to your registration date. You do not need to complete both processes prior to registration, but must complete at least one process before you register for spring courses. 

Complete the form below and submit for review. We aim to reply by email within 72 hours with comments on your planned schedule. 

Maximum allowable units: 54 

Units overloads (up to 61 units) must be approved by Dr. Braun at the end of the fall semester. Students must have had a 3.25 GPA in the fall semester in order to approve overload. Students below a 3.25 GPA in the fall semester may request an overload (up to 61 units) if their final fall semester GPA is ≥ 3.25.
