Hardware Diagnosis and Repair

Hardware troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of all department owned IT assets. Out-of-warranty repair is done either in-house or via a provdier. In-warranty service is coordinated with manufactuers service center. Most major brands and custom products are supported. Any costs are passed on to the end user

Best-effort support is provided for student owned machines. This includes diagnosis and coordinating warranty service when needed. In-house repairs on student machines are handled on a case-by-case basis, and at the owners risk.

Loaner devices are available for all pesonnel while service is being arranged or performed. For non-repairable systems, students are given a generous time window to procure a replacement device.
