Help Desk (DH 3101 Corridor)
We offer Help Desk Services to all department personnel during normal business hours. The Help Desk provides primary support for all basic services, network services, and software.
We can be contacted via phone at (412) 268-7993, or by emailing the helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org. Phone calls to the office will be directed to student consultants for primary support. Unanswered calls to the Help Desk are automatically re-directed to the managers cell phone. Re-directed calls will be answered from 7:00am - 8:00pm on Monday - Friday, and 10:00am - 6:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.
