Office Hours
IT Staff are on duty from 10:30 am until 6:30 pm Mon - Fri.
If you have an urgent request outside of these times we recommend submitting a request to the helpdesk AND calling the office at x8-7993. This will ring both the office and the manager.
We also provide pre-schedule support from 8am - 10:30 am, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm and on weekends as needed.
About Us
The computer services group of Chemical Engineering provides a variety of services to department and associated personnel. These services include public access computing and maintenance of computing infrastructure. Each of the services offered are explained in further detail on the following pages.
The computing office is located in Doherty Hall A225 directly behind the computer cluster. The office is accessible through the computer lab or through the DH A220 Corridor. It is recommended that you contact us by e-mail through the Help Desk system or by phone at (412) 268-7993 if you cannot access email.
