We are fortunate to have members who not only have passions outside of work, but also who are willing to share and discuss those passions with others. We would like to take this opportunity to spotlight one of our members, Meredith Marsh.

Meredith MarshFrom finding what “sparks joy” to “living more with less,” minimalist lifestyleapproaches have entered the mainstream consciousness as people search to live more intentional and meaningful lives. At its core, minimalism is the intentional promotion of the things we most value and the removal of everything that distracts us from it. In this session, Meredith Marsh will discuss various approaches to minimalism from leaders in the practice, as well as her own experiences incorporating minimalism into her life over the past four years. She will then open up the discussion for Q&A and the “why’s” of pursuing minimalism, including the environmental, financial, emotional, and lifestyle benefits of living with less.
