Office of International Education (OIE) Orientation

August 2 - August 23 (various dates)
OIE Orientation will be held on several dates. International students will select one of these dates to attend this mandatory orientation.

This session will address important issues such as language training support, cultural training, immigration, adjusting to life in the US and immunizations. International students will also complete the immigration check-in at the OIE Orientation.

Registration information, as well as the list of selected dates for these sessions, will be available in early Summer at the International Graduate Student Orientation site.

The OIE Orientation is mandatory for all international students.

CEE New Graduate Student Orientation (on-campus)

August 21 - 23

The CEE On-Campus Orientation will serve as a supplement to the CEE Online Orientation.  The New Student Check-in for all graduate students will begin on Wednesday, August 22 with a pre-orientation session for international students only.

The main orientation is scheduled to begin on Thursday, August 21 through Friday, August 23.  Mark your calendar and plan to be on campus in time for the New Student Check-in.

The CEE Orientation is not meant to replace, nor expected to duplicate topics presented at the University-Wide Graduate Student Orientation. Topics specific to CEE graduate students such as CEE student groups, seminar, CEE career counseling, academic expectations, and community will be presented. You will have the opportunity to meet the CEE Faculty, Staff and Graduate Students at this Orientation. Detailed information about check-in and all of the orientation sessions will be available mid-Summer.
