New Helpdesk Email Address

In order to simplify communicating with ChemE-Computing a new, easy to remember, helpdesk email address is now available.

 The new address is:

 cheme-computing@andrew.cmu.edu

The old address (below) will remain available for the next several years. The new address will submit a ticket to the “general” queue. Eventually the old addresses will simply forward all incoming request to the new address. This auto-forwarding (once in place) will remain active indefinitely.
