Research

My research focuses on the phonetics-phonology interface, and specifically how speech sounds are processed. To address this topic, I use a variety of acoustic, statistical, and neurolinguistic methods, and I have worked with a variety of populations, including speakers of understudied languages, children, and individuals with aphasia. I am advised by Barbara Shinn-Cunningham and Christina Bjorndahl.
