The Academic Coaching Program provides holistic one-on-one peer support and group workshops to help undergraduate and graduate students find and implement their conditions for success. We support students with:
- improving time management
- forming productive habits
- creating an organizational system
- improving stress management
- developing study skills
You can choose to attend one or more workshops that are available throughout the fall and spring semesters or request an initial consultation with a staff member who will then set up individualized sessions with a student Academic Coach.

We collaborate with various graduate programs to offer workshops in a variety of study skills topics. Students can choose to attend one or more workshops that are available year-round.
All in-person workshops are cancelled until further notice. Any future workshops will be held remotely via Zoom.

Students engage in a 30-minute, 1-on-1 session geared towards helping you effectively manage your time, eliminate distractions, balance your campus involvement without neglecting your ongoing coursework and have a productive semester.

Small group and individualized support focused on helping you prepare for mid-terms efficiently and effectively, without neglecting other work and projects.
