Online Courses in Chinese, French and Spanish

The Department of Languages, Cultures & Applied Linguistics offers two elementary-level online language courses in Chinese, French and Spanish. These courses are designed for students who need a more flexible approach to language learning than that offered in a standard classroom setting.

Please note: Although the course title says “Online,” there is a required, once-a-week class meeting for which students must be in Pittsburgh to participate each semester. These classes are not offered for distance learning at this time.
