We Heart Our Alumniii Volunteers

In honor of National Volunteer Week, we want to thank our fabulous alumniii for their continued support of the Institute and its students.
More than 40 alumniii held Office Hours throughout the academic year, giving students an opportunity to schedule 1:1 meetings on topics like career paths and pivots, resume and portfolio reviews, interview practice, job hunting, offer negotiations, and entrepreneurship.
Collectively, they connected with 60 students and conducted 245 meetings - volunteering at least 7,350 minutes of their time.
As our next cohort of changemakers received admittance this spring, alumniii made time yet again to welcome them and answer questions.
The result? 83% of admitted students who met with an alum opted to enroll!
Thank you for serving as panelists, guest speaking in class, conducting mock interviews, sharing job and internship opportunities, making referrals, attending events, engaging with our social accounts, and even reading our emails.
