When placing a reservation request, please include all setup needs. Please be as detailed as possible in the event notes section, especially if you are not using a standard setup. If you need to make any changes to your setup, contact the Scheduling Office.
Standard furniture and amenities listed below incur no additional fees. If additional amenities are requested (such as high cocktail tables, stages, etc.), an outside company will be used and additional charges will be incurred.
- 6' rectangular tables (72" x 30")
- 8' conference tables (96" x 18")
- 5' round banquet tables (seats 8)
- 6' round banquet tables (seats 10)
Extension Cords/Power Strips
The Information Desk has a limited supply of extension cords and surge protectors available for Cohon Center reservations. Please leave your ID card with the desk attendant while the items are checked out.
Signage and Stanchions
The Cohon Center offers sign stands, flip charts, stanchions, and other supplies for your event at no cost. Please do not tape decorations or directional signage to any surface in or on the building.
PROJECTION AND SOUND
All media needs (projection, microphones, speakers, etc.) must be reserved through Multimedia Services.
CATERING AND FOOD SERVICE
Catering for events must be provided by University Catering or a university-preferred vendor, as indicated in our catering policy. Otherwise, you must pay the non-preferred vendor fee for set up and clean up.
If your organization is providing food, you must follow the Cohon Center's food safety policy.
