The Nexus Reservation Process
The Nexus of Community Engagement supports community engagement activities and offers both reservable and non-reservable spaces. During open hours, the two-person tables are intended for drop-in use and are not reservable. Any areas not currently reserved are also available for drop-in use.
Reservations are recommended for larger meetings and events. Reservation requests will generally be reviewed within two business days. Approval is emailed to the requesting party. If space is not available, this information will be emailed to the requesting party.
Reserve the Nexus to:
- Participate in a service project
- Organize a philanthropic event
- Host a community engagement-focused meeting
- Raise awareness on a social issue
