Why MSSM?

I chose the MSSM program because it aligns closely with the next stage of my career. I have built a strong foundation as a software engineer, but I want to develop broader skills in software management, product strategy, business thinking, and leadership. The program’s focus on software, management, and innovation is especially relevant in the AI era, where technology leaders must guide teams, define product direction, and integrate AI into real engineering workflows. MSSM can help me turn my industry experience into stronger technology leadership and future product innovation.

What type of role are you looking to obtain after you graduate?

After graduation, I hope to obtain a technology leadership or product-oriented software management role, especially in AI-assisted software development and productivity tools. With my engineering background, I want to stay close to technology while taking broader responsibility for product direction, team execution, and business impact. Possible roles include engineering manager, technical program lead, product-focused engineering lead, or founder of an AI-driven productivity product. My goal is to help organizations use AI agents more effectively to improve planning, collaboration, software quality, and delivery.
