Why MSSM?

I chose the MSSM program because it offers a unique combination of technical depth, product thinking, and business strategy. With my background in technology and my long-term goal of pursuing product management or software engineering leadership roles, I want to develop not only strong technical skills but also the ability to understand users, manage projects, and make strategic decisions. MSSM’s interdisciplinary curriculum, industry-focused approach, and emphasis on innovation provide the ideal environment for me to bridge technology and business and prepare for a successful career in the software industry.

Education

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

What type of role are you looking to obtain after you graduate?

After graduation, I am looking to pursue a role as a product manager in the technology industry. I am particularly interested in roles that sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and user experience, where I can leverage my computer science background to better understand technical constraints while driving product strategy and decision-making. My long-term goal is to help build impactful, user-centered products that solve real-world problems and scale effectively.
