MSSM, 2027

This is how to say my name:

Why MSSM?

I came to MSSM from a technical pre-sales background, having worked in GTM and Solutions Engineering across both established tech companies and early-stage startups. I chose this program in order to deepen my technical fluency and build the credibility needed to operate at the intersection of business and technology in the Bay Area. MSSM's interdisciplinary approach across engineering, business, and design gives me exactly the foundation I need to grow into more technical, strategic roles!

Education

Bachelor of Commerce, Smith School of Business, Queen's University (2019–2023)

Experience

My most recent role was as a Solutions Engineer at Organimi, a B2B SaaS company, where I led technical discovery, solution design, and implementation across enterprise, commercial, and SMB accounts. Prior to that, I spent nearly two years at Salesforce as a GTM Team Lead, partnering with Enterprise AEs on technical qualification for Pharma accounts.

What career achievement are you most proud of?

At Salesforce, I served as GTM Team Lead across a complex, regulated enterprise portfolio, identifying $4.7M in expansion ACV through usage-signal analysis and consistently ranking on the #1 GTM team in North America. Beyond hitting targets, I built internal dashboards to track team performance, developed a health monitoring system to flag churn risk proactively, and created space for honest team strategy conversations. The balance of data-driven execution and people investment is what I'm most proud of!

What type of role are you looking to obtain after you graduate?

I'm targeting roles at the intersection of technology and customer impact - primarily Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or Product Strategy positions at established or high-growth tech companies in the Bay Area. I'm drawn to roles where I can own the technical narrative of a sale or implementation, translate complex product capabilities into clear business value, and act as a bridge between customers, sales, and product teams. I'm also open to Technical Program Management roles where I can apply the same cross-functional coordination and customer-centric thinking at scale.
