She/Her/Hers
MIIPS, 2026
This is how to say my name:
What unique skills or interests do you bring to the iii?
My journey up until this point has been a result of curiosity and playfulness. In my previous role, I created workshops to help peers understand, identify and apply more accessible and inclusive design across projects and set up a Slack channel where attendees won points (and bragging rights) every time they found another example of inaccessible design. I hope to bring a similar playfulness and spirit of collaborative learning to iii.
Why MIIPS?
The MIIPS program stood out to me for its commitment to interdisciplinary innovation. With a background in design, specifically Enterprise UX and Product Design, my focus is to grow into a more strategic, systems-level thinker. MIIPS offers the perfect playground for this, sitting at the intersection of design, business and engineering, allowing me to build the technical skills required to lead innovative cross-functional teams. Surrounded by a diverse and driven community, I’m excited to see how thoughtful design can drive large-scale impact.Education
I hold a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Human Centered Design, from Srishti Manipal Institute of Art Design & TechnologyExperience
My most recent role was as a Senior Interaction Designer at Uxreactor Inc, part of Ascendion. I began here 3 years ago as an Intern, and since then, I have been a part of numerous Enterprise and direct-to-consumer products across industries. I worked on native and responsive platforms, contributed to product strategy and concept validation, and helped unify fragmented enterprise systems. Internally, I also led workshops on topics like Ethical Design and Visioning
What type of role are you looking to obtain after you graduate?
Post graduating, I aim to combine my design background with strategic thinking, ideally contributing early in the product lifecycle to define direction and vision. I’m excited by opportunities that involve cross-functional collaboration and the chance to influence both the user experience and broader business goals, ideally, roles like experience design strategist or product lead.
