What unique skills or interests do you bring to the iii?

I bring a mix of customer-centric thinking, data-driven decision making, and a deep interest in emerging technologies to the iii community. Having worked in product management, I’m skilled at understanding customer needs and translating them into clear, actionable milestones—while also managing relationships to drive outcomes. I’m passionate about using data to inform decisions and continuously push myself to upskill in this area. Another strong interest of mine is AI—both in understanding its practical applications and exploring how it can be used to solve real-world problems. This is especially important to me as I plan to build my own career tech startup, where AI will play a key role in making personalized career guidance accessible.

Why MIIPS?

I chose MIIPS because it’s exactly what I need to grow into the next stage of my product career. My MBA helped me build a strong business mindset and think strategically about customer value, markets, and growth. Over the past five years, I’ve worked across all sides of product management—building roadmaps, shaping GTM, and driving execution with cross-functional teams.

Now, I’m aiming to step into a Lead Product Manager role at a tech-focused firm—where I’ll be solving real customer problems and leading teams of engineers and designers. To do that well, I want to go beyond business leadership and develop deeper technical fluency. I want to understand how engineers and designers think, and work alongside them as a true partner. MIIPS offers exactly that—an environment where I can sharpen my technical edge while building the collaborative mindset needed to lead interdisciplinary teams. That’s why it’s the perfect fit for me.

Education

I have my undergrad and postgrad both from India. I am an electrical engineer from Madhav Institute of Technology and science, Gwalior and then an MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi.
