About

I am a problem solver who is passionate about spatial computing, AI-powered customer service, and accessible design. I'm able to speak in Chinese sign language and a little bit of American sign language. In my past experiences, I have frequently interacted with hearing-impaired individuals and the elderly. Perhaps I can offer some insights related to inclusive design in future collaborations.

Why MIIPS?

Regarding my choice of the Miips Advanced program, the main reason is the diversity of its course offerings. With my background experiences, I already possess a certain understanding of methods in interaction design and research, coupled with two years of industry work. To comprehend a project or product's entire life cycle thoroughly, I believe it is essential to delve into areas beyond interaction design. Hence, I am eager to learn about design language, business execution, market analysis, and engineering. Flexibility in course selection allowed all of this to happen.
