Bio

Sophie is a UX Researcher with lived experiences in sustainability, small business, and frontline environments. She is an advocate of transition design, inclusive design, and making things that work for everyday people. During her time at Boston Consulting Group, Sophie traveled the globe working with Fortune 100 companies to future-proof products and experiences that leverage software, smart infrastructure, and immersive technologies. Currently, she is a Senior UX Researcher for HubSpot, a leading integrated CRM platform for growing businesses. 

Prior to pivoting into the tech industry, Sophie conducted design research on the foodservice industry and was a nationally acclaimed foodservice worker for over a decade. Her work was featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Cooking Channel, WTOP radio, Let's Talk Live TV, and she was a ZAGAT NYC "30 Under 30."
