Prior to joining the Integrated Innovation Institute, Alex built a background in Talent Acquisition and HR, specializing in industrial manufacturing, robotics, and medical devices.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with family, exploring new experiences, playing pinball and basketball, and working on DIY/handyman projects.
