- Worked for various Pittsburgh technology companies for more than two decades.
- Last 5+ years for the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon as a Cyber Simulation Developer for the Department of Defense. Co-Creator of open source software used by the various branches of the military to practice cyber exercises.
- Adjunct for Carnegie Mellon Information Science program.
- Previous work includes various software/hardware projects such as:
- 3D Scanning devices for various applications
- Software development for a variety of medical devices such aa ventilators, surgical devices, and medical testing equipment
- Prototyping using a variety of hardware platforms
- Automation for manufacturing and testing of precision devices
- Experience includes software development across the full spectrum from small hardware device programming to cloud computing.
