Bio

Aradhana Goel is a versatile leader in Product, Design & Behavior Science, currently serving as the Adjunct Professor for User Research for Digital and Physical Products, an online program at the Carnegie Mellon University. With over 25 years of distinguished design career, Aradhana has a strategic vision, exceptional leadership skills, and a systems-level design thinking approach. In her recent role as the Head of Product Design & Behavior Science for Bayer Pharmaceuticals' Digital Health Portfolio, Aradhana led the development of innovative healthcare solutions in Cardiovascular & Women's Health. Over the last decade, she has focused on end-to-end digital product development, from strategy and research to MVP launch and scaling solutions. Aradhana has a track record for building high-performing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and promoting a data-driven culture.

Throughout her career, Aradhana has made significant contributions, including reshaping banking services at Capital One, driving Sunrun's transformation efforts, and co-founding IDEO's India office.  She has spoken at leadership forums and conferences, sharing her expertise in Product & Design Innovation. 

Aradhana's professional and personal journey can be summarized in her belief that “with every turn you take, life presents options. You choose a path, learn, grow and create opportunities along the way. While you cannot control events in your life, you can shape it with the choices you make.” 

Originally from India, Aradhana now lives in San Francisco, California.
