Janet Carol Norton is a partner, board member, and co-head of the Television Production Department at ICM Partners. Specifically, Norton has made a name for herself in the television community by building a niche business representing line producers who cover the top shows in the marketplace of scripted television.

Norton specializes in managing producers who have mastered the art of producing comedies and dramas that shoot domestically and internationally, such as Homeland, Stranger Things, Veep, Silicon Valley and Man in the High Castle. She has developed a synergy at ICM Partners between the agency’s showrunner clients and the producers, thus playing an instrumental role in filling the overall package of any given production.

Norton continues to develop her producer-director client careers as well as represent several production executives. She is the “go to” agent for executives and line producers to find the perfect match.
