Ways to Make Your Year-End Gift
No matter the method, your support makes a difference!
As the end of 2023 approaches, you may be looking to make a gift to Carnegie Mellon University in support of life-changing opportunities for students, research and teaching resources for faculty, and CMU’s unparalleled learning environment for the entire community.
You can make your gift in the way that works best for you:
- Credit Cards: Credit card gifts may be made online at givenow.cmu.edu and must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 31 to be counted for 2023. To make a credit card gift via phone, please call 412-268-2582 during business hours from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET through Dec. 22 and also on Dec. 27, 28 and 29 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. (If calling outside business hours, you can leave a message with your contact information and someone will return your call.)
- Check: Checks must have postmarks and signature dates on or before Dec. 31 to be counted for 2023. Checks should be made payable to Carnegie Mellon University and mailed to Carnegie Mellon University, P.O. Box 371525, Pittsburgh, PA 15251-7525. Don’t forget to let us know how to designate your gift, such as fund name, college or school, department or university initiative, on the memo line of your check.
- Securities or Wire Transfers: Please contact gift-administration@andrew.cmu.edu or 412-268-2582 as soon as possible for complete instructions to ensure your gift of securities or wire transfer will be completed in time to be counted for 203. - Cryptocurrency: Gifts via cryptocurrency for 2023 can be made Bitpay through 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 31. Please contact gift-administration@andrew.cmu.edu or 412-268-2582 as soon as possible to direct your gift of cryptocurrency to the fund of your choice.
