Office of Research & Creative Practice

The College of Fine Arts Office of Research & Creative Practice holistically supports, encourages and cultivates a vibrant research community within the college. The team supports faculty with grant seeking and grantwriting, collaboration and community with fellow CFA colleagues and other Carnegie Mellon collaborators. It also represents the College of Fine Arts in the university research committee. The office oversees the annual juried Fund for Research & Creativity competition; provides education through the Grant Development Award and Lunch-and-Learns; and supports collaboration and community through Faculty Research Mixers and other events.
