Rebecca Abrams
Associate Director of Development
Rebecca is responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of individuals interested in supporting the College of Fine Arts with major gifts. In addition, Rebecca works extensively with other CMU advancement units on cultivation and stewardship strategy for CFA annual giving and major gift donors.

Carolyn Hess Abraham
Associate Dean for Advancement
Carolyn leads the planning and execution of fundraising and alumni relations activities for the college and serves as a senior member of the CFA management team. The mission of CFA’s Office of Advancement is to increase the college’s resources by establishing and growing relationships with our alumni, parents, institutional partners and friends through engagement and by fostering commitment to the college.

Melinda Hungerman Johnson
Senior Director of Development
Melinda advocates for the people, schools and programs of the College of Fine Arts by engaging individual donors directly in philanthropy. She works closely with leadership, faculty and staff to ensure their priorities are understood by our community and resources are raised to enhance those opportunities.

Aaron Martin
Associate Director, Institutional Partnerships
Aaron is the newest member of CFA’s Advancement team, joining in February 2022 to oversee the college’s Corporate and Foundations Relations Program. Aaron specializes in fundraising for the arts, with more than 15 years development and management experience with museums, visual and performing arts organizations, and other nonprofits.

Daniella Staudacher
Assistant Director of Development
Daniella works with the CFA Advancement team on prospect strategy and donor relations, and serves as a liaison between Carnegie Mellon’s Alumni Relations and Annual Giving offices and the College of Fine Arts.
