As complexity increases, so does my desire to understand why something works. This curiosity has driven me to pursue a career in quantitative finance where I aim to enhance our understanding of markets through quantitative models and statistical reasoning. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. Through coursework I analyzed statistical models and their assumptions on financial data for causal and predictive performance. Outside the classroom, I competed on the men’s swimming and diving team, served as a team captain, and became a school record holder. Through internships at Capital One and a software consulting firm, I applied my background in software engineering to model item processing and client discovery workflows. These projects taught me to balance system constraints, evaluate trade-offs, and build reliable solutions despite imperfect data and evolving requirements. I’m always looking for new connections, so feel free to reach out if you want to discuss financial markets, play a game of chess, or talk about the latest college football news.
