Bio

As an academic advisor, Gabi supports students in the Engineering Design, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship (EDIE) program at Carnegie Mellon University’s Pittsburgh campus. She serves as a key resource for students navigating the process of declaring an additional major, registering for courses, and becoming part of the iii community. Gabi values meaningful conversations with students and takes pride in helping them achieve their personal, academic, and career goals. Prior to joining the Institute, Gabi held various roles in career services, study abroad, and international student advising.

A Long Island native, Gabi has lived in Pittsburgh for seven years and completed her M.Ed program at the University of Pittsburgh. Gabi has a passion for travel and spent time living and working abroad in Berlin, Germany. On weekends, you can find her checking out the latest food and travel blog posts for the best spots in the city to grab a bite to eat or go on a weekend adventure!
