Bio
David Miller is an entrepreneur, product management leader, advisor, and educator. He works with Fortune 500 companies and venture-backed startups to uncover user needs and shape technology into scalable, market-ready products.
His experience includes product leadership and consulting for organizations such as Bloomberg, Oracle, Nextel, Sprint, Prudential, GMAC Commercial Mortgage, SEI Investments, and Cushman & Wakefield. He is also a three-time founder, having launched companies in ad-tech, ride-sharing, and payment processing.
Currently, David serves as a Product Coach, helping teams define strategy, sharpen execution, accelerate time to value, and scale with confidence. He guides organizations through complex transformation—whether optimizing product organizations or combining AI engineering with real-world workflows. On the go-to-market side, he brings deep expertise in product-market fit, early-stage marketing and launch strategy, and competitive differentiation.
As a faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University, David teaches and mentors students at the intersection of innovation, technology, and commercialization. His approach to education blends rigorous product thinking with organizational psychology, helping teams and individuals navigate ambiguity, engage in productive conflict, and build resilient, mission-driven products that address real-world challenges.
