Scott Hall receives LEED Gold certification

The Sherman and Joyce Bowie Scott Hall at Carnegie Mellon University recently received LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).

The Energy Science, Technology & Policy MS program offices and student study lounge are located on the 5th floor (main floor) of Scott Hall with the Scott Institute for Energy Innovation. CMU's Biomedical Engineering Department,  the Engineering Research Accelerator, the Disruptive Health Technologies Institute and the nanotechnology research facility are also located in this building. If you haven't visited the new building yet, it's a must see!
