It is never too early to contact Conference & Event Services to start planning your next event. Allow our expertise to simplify the planning process and ensure that your program runs seamlessly. From your initial inquiry through the post-event details, our services are fully customizable for the campus community and approved external clients. All events must support the educational goals of the university.
To be classified as an internal event, the following criteria must be met:
- you are a current faculty, staff or student member at Carnegie Mellon University
- you are the main point of contact for the event and the event will be hosted by a Carnegie Mellon University organization or department
- the event will be paid for with an oracle string using university funds
If your event meets the criteria above, please complete the internal event request form below and a planner will contact you to discuss your event needs.
If you are a current faculty or staff member and would like to request use of the outdoor stage on the CFA lawn, please complete the outdoor stage event request form below. If you are a student, your organization can request use of the stage through SLICE. The stage can be reserved through 25Live. COVID mitigation strategies must be followed at all times. If your event is not hosted by a Carnegie Mellon University organization or department, please complete the external event request form below and a planner will contact you to discuss your event details. Please note that space availability is limited to dates outside of the academic year.
