Ann Marie Petach never worried about a glass ceiling hampering her career. Instead, the Tepper School of Business graduate learned a valuable lesson on the job that led to some surprising twists. Along the way, she also was forced to find balance between her personal life and her profession.   

There is an old saying that you can’t go home again. When the chance came for Clara Pratte (HNZ’04) to go home again, it involved more than just a return to her family. It meant going home to a nation. It meant being a leader—a Nat’’aanii—for Navajo Nation.
