Bio

Teresa Ba graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2024, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Finance. Her academic study and subsequent professional exposure offered her unique insights into algorithmic trading and quantitative investment strategies. After engaging in esg factor mining with NLP, she gained data-centric perspectives into China's A-share market. Teresa further elevated her career by stepping into the role of FTO internship at Aspex, where she had a chance to get familiar with quantitative trading, derivatives hedging and risk management. Teresa joined the MSCF Program to further leverage her interest in both quantitative problem-solving and the global financial markets. Upon graduation, she plans to pursue a career in quantitative research, quantitative trading and asset management.
