The summer internship is an integral and required part of your MSCF education. Not only does the internship provide you with an excellent opportunity to participate first-hand in trading, portfolio management, structuring or risk management, but it often leads to a full-time offer as many firms hire exclusively out of their summer internship programs.  For the Class of 2023, 71% (65 students) have received full-time return offers following their summer internship.

The MSCF Career Services Team is dedicated to partnering with all students to provide the resources, skills and connections needed for success in both the internship and full-time career search. Leveraging our over 5000 relationships, across more than 2000 firms, our Career Office will help you navigate your options and work with you every step of the way.

While the great majority of our students accept internship opportunities in the United States, some students explore international opportunities. Students unsuccessful in obtaining a summer internship will be required to participate in an unpaid, on-campus research project during the summer.
