Ruikai Su graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, and Economics. During his undergraduate studies, Ruikai developed a strong interest in applying mathematical and statistical models to financial problems, such as security pricing. During his internship at Aerie Preferred Financial Group as a Market Fundamental Analyst Intern, Ruikai analyzed implied and realized volatility discrepancies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, he deepened his quantitative analysis skills at China Hedge Fund Ranking Limited by developing sophisticated options pricing models in high-interest-rate environments. He joined the MSCF program to further sharpen his quantitative skills and to develop networking opportunities with alumni from prestigious trading companies. Upon graduation, he intends to pursue a career in quantitative trading.
