Bio

Juncheng She earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Nanjing University. Throughout his undergraduate studies, he honed his skills in mathematics, coding, and finance, which fueled his desire to leverage advanced data processing techniques in the financial sector. Prior to his admission to the MSCF program, Juncheng conducted research on medium and high-frequency trading strategies at top hedge funds and proprietary trading firms in China, as well as a global hedge fund, Dynamic Technology Lab, in Singapore. His work encompassed Chinese A-shares and commodity futures, providing him with deep insights into order book data and tick-by-tick data modeling. He successfully developed live-trading strategies using C++. Juncheng is also a co-founder of the Nanjing University Financial Engineering Association (NFEA), an organization aimed at bridging the gap between students and the quantitative finance industry. These experiences have significantly enhanced his communication, networking, leadership, and organizational skills. Currently, as a member of the MSCF program, Juncheng is focused on further advancing his knowledge in quantitative finance. After graduation, he aims to pursue a career in quantitative trading or quantitative research in the medium to high-frequency domain.
