Bio

Brian graduated from Connecticut College in 2023 with a double major in Computer Science and Statistics. During his undergraduate studies, he co-authored a published paper in theoretical computer science focusing on the Copeland voting rule and its metric distortion in low-dimensional spaces. He also served as the president and captain of the club hockey team. After graduation, Brian worked as a software developer for an electronic health records company, where he honed his programming skills by building features and implementing bug fixes. While working, he applied to graduate programs in Financial Engineering, aspiring to pursue a career that leverages his expertise in mathematics and statistics. Brian chose to join the MSCF program to gain the necessary tools and knowledge to excel as a quantitative researcher or trader.
