Bio

Joey is an emerging quantitative finance professional currently pursuing a master’s degree in the highly competitive and rigorous Master of Science in Computational Finance (MSCF) program at Carnegie Mellon University. With a rare and robust foundation in Applied Mathematics, Economics, and Computer Science from Brandeis University, Joey offers a multi-disciplinary approach to complex financial modeling and algorithmic trading.

During his undergraduate tenure at Brandeis University, Joey distinguished himself through a triple-major feat, integrating quantitative analysis, economic theory, and technical programming to excel in data-driven research and interdisciplinary projects. This unique combination of skills paved the way for Joey to engage in advanced studies at CMU, where he is now honing his expertise in stochastic calculus, statistical inference, and computational methods in finance.

With a keen eye for innovation and a relentless pursuit of efficiency, Joey is on a fast trajectory to becoming a leading force in the financial industry. Upon his graduation, Joey plans to pursue a career in quantitative trading or quantitative research.
