Bio

Tingyi (Tina) Li graduated from Duke Kunshan University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Computational Sciences. During her undergraduate study, she has done multiple research and course projects in machine learning and data science and raised great interest in finance area. Prior to the MSCF program, she interned at Guoyuan Securities as a quantitative researcher, where she helped develop a risk identification model for bonds and supported factor mining. She has also worked as financial analyst intern at FOSUN and data analyst intern at future trading company in Shanghai, where she leveraged programming and analytical skills to perform data analysis and market research. Tina joined MSCF program to further sharpen her technical skills and enhance her knowledge in quantitative finance field. She is always excited about problem-solving and aspires to pursue a career path in quantitative research.
