Bio

Ruihan Cen graduated from Duke Kunshan University in 2023 with Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics & Computational Science. During her undergraduate study, she gained a solid foundation in mathematics and was fascinated by solving practical problems by mathematical modeling. Prior to joining the MSCF program, she joined Donghai Fund in Shanghai as an intern to calculate factors based on the financial reports and back test their performances to compare the internal estimation and results from the sell sides. She has developed solid communication and teamwork skills through this internship and the experience as a university librarian. Ruihan joined the MSCF program to further improve her quantitative skills and apply them to real-world scenarios. Upon graduation, she intends to pursue a career in quantitative research/trading.
