Liudi (Lydia) Song secured her Bachelor's in Economics and Finance from Tsinghua University in 2023. During her collegiate years, she interned with top securities and private equity firms, deepening her grasp on machine learning algorithms and market dynamics. Lydia's academic journey also led her to numerous research projects, where she researched and optimized some risk models. Serving as the vice chairperson of the THU SEM Student Union, she took charge of numerous events and galas, fostering her leadership and people skills. Well-versed in Python and SQL, and with interests spanning from diving to piano, Lydia seamlessly blends technical aptitude with a rich tapestry of pursuits. As she progresses into the MSCF program, she's devoted to deepening her quantitative finance expertise, targeting future career roles in quantitative research and trading.
