MSCF Earns Top 3 Ranking for Best Financial Engineering Program

MSCF continues to be recognized as a leader in quantitative finance

The Master of Science in Computational Finance (MSCF) program at Carnegie Mellon University was awarded a Top 3 position in the 2020 QuantNet rankings of financial engineering programs.

QuantNet’s methodology includes a survey of hiring managers, corporate recruiters and professionals from financial institutions. This year, 33 master’s programs in North America were surveyed on admissions, placement and career services information. The rankings were based on a weighted average of peer assessment, placement success and student selectivity.

“We are committed to providing the highest quality of education to our students,” said Rick Bryant, Executive Director of the MSCF program. “We work closely with employers to equip our students with the skillsets needed to excel in the industry. We are constantly evolving to ensure their success.”
