Bio
Cari Gandy is a joint PhD candidate in the Department of Engineering and Public Policy and the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. Cari holds an MSc in Geospatial Intelligence from Cranfield University and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University. She is an active duty Major in the United States Air Force who specializes in civil engineering. Her previous experience includes public works management, project management, pavement evaluation, and teaching engineering management courses.
