EPP Students Get the Insider Perspective on Science Policy in Washington DC

The CMU Students for Science & Tech Policy (SSTP) Club visited Washington DC to meet with science policy professionals and learn about the policy process, careers in public policy, and the current policy-making climate for controversial issues such as climate change.

EPP students in attendance included Brian Sergi, Matthew Babcock, Michael Craig, Xiaochen-Jamea Zhang, Nirajan Rajkarnikar, Casey Canfield and Paul Tisa.
