Energy Science, Technology & Policy Graduates Eighth Class, First with Applied Studies Degree

On May 20, 2018, 30 students graduated from the Energy Science, Technology & Policy (EST&P) program, including students from the first class with the Applied Studies degree. These new M.S. in EST&P and M.S. in EST&P - Applied Studies graduates join a network of over 150 EST&P alumni since the program began in 2011.
Rashaan Keeton, an energy engineer at FirstFuel Software, gave the keynote speech at the ceremony. He talked about an optimistic future for decarbonization through energy efficiency and distributed energy resources. As an EST&P alumnus from the class of 2012, he gave the graduates his best wishes and expressed his excitement for the future of EST&P and its graduates.
