BME partners with a dozen departments in four colleges through joint, affiliated, or courtesy faculty appointments. Partnership promotes collaboration and creates a rich environment for research and education. BME faculty also collaborate extensively with faculty at the Allegheny General Hospital and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
