Codebooks

Variable codebooks for each of the five studies as well as for the aggregated data set can be viewed on-line or downloaded as portable document files (pdfs).  Each file includes the following information:

•         Variable names
•         Variable labels
•         Values labels (when applicable)
•         Algorithms used to create computed variables 

The codebooks are organized such that the order of the described variables corresponds to their order within the relevant data set.  To access a particular codebook, click on the corresponding icon below.  For information on downloading data files, see the Data Sharing Agreement page.
